Join the duo behind Ministry of Clouds Bernice Ong and Julian Forwood of Ministry of Clouds, who will be showcasing their wines from the McLaren Vale, South Australia. Pairing with Yellowtail’s 5-courses of Native Australian cuisine. Get ready to experience an Australian Influenced crafted five-course menu, thoughtfully paired with exquisite wines from McLaren Vale.

Indulge in our Ministry of Clouds Wine Dinner, where the reds are made with grapes from their own 11ha plot and other carefully selected, often ancient vines. Bernice and Julian favour a modern take on classic styles and pay meticulous attention to detail. Through their wines, they celebrate the growers who persisted while others begged them to turn their land to other pursuits.

Pairing with this exploration is our talented Head Chef, Alastair, who has curated a mesmerizing banquet. From mouth-watering Wagyu Short Rib with gnocchi, green garlic and saltbush to tender Grimaud Duck Breast with muntrie pie, smoked sweet potato and finally finishing on a sweet note with Rosella Sorbet including a chocolate Crémeux and wafer. Apart of this 5-course menu each course is a thoughtfully and artfully designed dish made to harmonise with the unique flavours of the showcased wines.
